How much is the new Geely Atlas Pro 2021 of the year in Russia: the price of a car on the website of an official dealer in Moscow varies from 2 119 990 to 2 184 990 rubles… So far, only two configurations have been offered for the crossover: Flagship and Flagship +.
Specifications Geely Atlas Pro provide no alternative hybrid power plant based on a 1.5-liter three-cylinder gasoline turbo engine and a 48-volt starter-generator. It is paired with a robotic gearbox and an all-wheel drive transmission.

The new 2021 Geely Atlas Pro body is built on a front-wheel drive “bogie” and has a monocoque body made with extensive use of high-strength grades of steel.
The model is equipped with an independent spring suspension: in the front there are traditional MacPherson struts, and in the back there is an equally familiar multi-link. The list of equipment includes disc brakes “in a circle” (they are ventilated on the front wheels).

According to the automaker, the trunk of the model has a volume of 378 liters (the capacity with the rear row seats folded is not advertised). The fuel tank of the crossover is 58 liters. The curb weight of the car reaches 1 705 kg.
On the Russian market, the new Geely Atlas Pro is offered exclusively in the form of a “mild” hybrid, based on the power plant of which is a 1.5-liter gasoline “turbo-engine” with a capacity of 177 hp. and 255 Nm, working in conjunction with a seven-band robot and four-wheel drive.
As for the hybrid add-on, we are talking about a 48-volt EMS (Electric Motor Synergy) superstructure. The latter is a starter-generator, which acts as a Start & Stop system, and also helps the internal combustion engine in the first seconds of acceleration, adding another 50 Nm of thrust to the output.
According to the data sheet, this “filling” allows the model to accelerate from zero to hundreds in 9.9 seconds, developing speeds up to a maximum of 195 kilometers per hour.
The dynamics of the Geely Atlas Pro 2021 in the new body does not shine, and the 177 “horses” declared for the car are literally right back to back. This is largely due to the robotic gearbox. In general, the latter works well, but at the start it tends to think hard, switching from the first to the second and from the second to the third.
In addition, at low speeds, these shifts can feel harsh and harsh, which negatively affects overall ride comfort. Also, the Atlas Pro differs from the usual Atlas not only in the presence of a hybrid installation, but also in a retuned suspension.
Due to this, the “updated” crossover feels less slack on the asphalt: the car goes through turns at speed with minimal rolls. However, the car “digests” broken roads and dirt roads a little worse, transferring especially noticeable defects to the body.
However, the energy intensity of the suspension is quite high and it can only be pierced by rushing at speed along the largest potholes. The salon of the new Geely Atlas Pro is finished with quality materials and looks very noble.
The driver’s seating position is comfortable, although the steering range for reach could be larger, and the front seat cushions are still slightly short (like most Chinese models).
Forward visibility is poor, as is the ergonomics. For example, in Geely Atlas Pro there is clearly an overloaded digital device, and the multimedia, although it pleases with rich functionality and a pleasant picture, is again inconvenient in operation.
The back row of the car turned out to be comfortable and spacious. It will be convenient even for tall passengers here, while the riders are offered their own seat heating and separate ventilation deflectors. Plus there is a center armrest at the back with “hidden” cup holders.
