What life did not prepare me for was that the consumption of the car in the combined cycle is 13-14 liters per hundred! In comparison with the KIA Optima GT, the consumption is 1 liter more, and the tank is 10 liters less, which significantly puts pressure on the brain during the trip. Many are interested in chip tuning of this engine, on the Internet you can find various proposals that allow you to raise the return from 7 – 35%, while promising an additional reduction in fuel consumption and even maintaining the warranty.
The engine is paired with a 6-band automatic transmission, but the box here has a different range of gear ratios and a mute “shortened” main pair (4.09: 1 instead of 4.06: 1), compared to a similar transmission for aspirated sedans. The drive is exclusively for the front axle.

The new Mazda 6 2.5 Turbo 2021 appeared in the lineup only after the second restyling of the current sedan, which is already the third generation of the model. It is not so easy to distinguish the turbo version of the “six” from cars with atmospheric engines – outwardly they are almost identical. What has changed in the appearance of the car after the update:
