The suspension, of course, is stiff, but here the physics: either good handling and rigidity, or soft, but roll in handling. In my opinion, the Polo is a worthy compromise. The build quality is seemingly norms, life will show. In the cabin, everything turns and works as it should, the sensor responds clearly to multimedia, does not hang. Digital tidy – test.

Dynamics – you will not get bored, you wanted to overtake – overtook, you do not need to select 3-5 km of a straight path to perform a miracle. The turbo does its job, a decent moment already from 1,600 rpm. Consumption corresponds to the declared by the factory, and the rest depends on the force of pressing the gas pedal. Almost 1,000 km on the tank in a city cycle, the track is 30.70% – this is an offset. Shumka at a height, not great, but I remind you – it’s an economy.

The suspension is harsh, the priest feels bumps. I thought that driving on a gravel road would be impossible, but the trip showed the opposite. Soundproofing up to 90 km / h is normal, and the engine becomes audible if you press the gas pedal to the floor.

The engine pulls from the bottom, the high torque shelf allows it to spin up, which is useful on long climbs. I tried to accelerate to the maximum speed for a short time, the VW Polo holds the road confidently, an exception: in windy weather the car staggers, as if it has a sail on the roof. The headlights are excellent. The steering wheel is clear and smooth, it is pleasant to drive.

I live in Siberia and all possible heating is important, seats, mirrors, washer nozzles and windshield and rear windows are heated here. Perfect light with led optics. Now I have arrived 2,500 km, everything in the car suits me, there are no complaints yet.

Pleases very low fuel consumption by my standards, 6 well, maybe a maximum of 7 liters in the city. I’m not a racer, and it’s stupid to try to drive a 1.6 on the machine. Staying confident in city traffic and driving along the highway 110-130 km / h is the best mode for Polo.

The interior is an ordinary fabric, a good multimedia system. The trunk in the body of the liftback is simply gorgeous, easy to load, a lot of space.

There is more than enough space inside, despite my considerable dimensions (height 178, weight 98 kg). The seating position (despite the absence of a lumbar support) is quite normal and the back does not get tired. Drive 340+ km. this confirms.

The handling of the car does not raise any questions, no “swimming”, etc. was not noticed. Another plus is the body type, very convenient access to the huge trunk! Also, the optics should be attributed to the pluses – the light is excellent, the eyes never got tired when driving in the dark.

Oil consumption by the engine over 3,000 km was not noticed. Now about the drawbacks: the multimedia heats up the floating sound level (everything that can be turned off in the settings – turned off, did not help. Very soiled piano lacquer also does not belong to the pluses.
